Pietra del Mare from Grassi Pietre features on all floors, interior and exterior claddings, stairs, bedrooms and bathrooms with solid stone sinks. Silva oro marble has been used for the external floors and stairs. 

The use of stone, wood and the subtle combination of natural colours in contrast with the white walls and ceiling, helps to create a welcoming, warm and sensual environment.
